The staff were amazing, and the rooms were clean, with wi-fi too. They could recommend the best restaurants and sights around the city. Thanks to this lovely hotel in the city center, we had an amazing week in Rome. Five stars from me :)

The kitchen had all the equipment we needed, the reception was friendly, and the location was great.

The only real plus was the very good osteria downstairs. The welcome was unpleasant: the girl who was meant to greet us just opened the door, didn’t introduce herself or explain anything, and was busy with other things. There was a lot of dust, and the large house had a tiny bathroom that was really uncomfortable. The kitchen was completely bare, without even a courtesy bottle of water or a little coffee. I won’t stay here again when I return to Rome, and I don’t recommend it.

The bathroom was in awful shape. The shower barely ran, the bin was so filthy it wouldn't open, there wasn't any toilet paper, and the toilet brush was another problem. The bedspread was stained, the pillows yellowed, and even the toaster was crusty. We weren't expecting luxury, just basic cleanliness. We won't stay here again when we're back in Rome.

We spent five days here, and the place was nicely furnished in a simple way. The setting and location were excellent, with a supermarket just 50 metres away. The bathroom had no window, though, and its shower curtain looked very dated, like something from the 90s.
