We spent three nights here in November. The location was great for walking to the major sights, and the room was comfortable with air conditioning. Getting a taxi back to the airport was easy and cost 40 euros. The rooftop bar on the fifth floor was meant to open at 5, but I never saw anyone up there. Our room had a very small window and joists that I kept banging my head on, probably my own fault. The minibar was small. I would've liked tea and coffee facilities, and the TV was basic, with only terrestrial channels and poor reception.

We found it really central, with an easy walk to everything. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly. We'd definitely stay again and recommend it.

The staff were wonderful, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. Some spoke English well, while others used Google Translate, but we managed to communicate. A lovely surprise was that the front desk coordinated with the kitchen to have gluten-free bread ready for my breakfast. I'm looking forward to staying here again.

Management really stood out for being extremely helpful and accommodating, going beyond what I'd expect. The breakfast buffet was well prepared, with fresh food, good quality, and a nice variety. The location also worked well for walking to many historical sites.

We reached the rooftop and found it covered and pleasant. The room was small, but very clean. Breakfast was simple but had what you'd need, from cereal, fruit, eggs, bacon, croissants, bread, cheese, yogurt, tea, coffee, and milk to ham. For the price, it was much better value than the places we tried nearby. We arrived around 10:00 pm, and after we checked in, the man at reception took several minutes to show us places to visit on a map of Rome and kindly offer advice.
