The staff's thoughtfulness made my daughter's birthday unforgettable, and she had an amazing time in Rome. They decorated the bedroom beautifully, and she was completely surprised and loved it. We were so thankful for their incredible hospitality. The room was basic but suited our needs, and the shower was lovely, like a waterfall. The rooftop terrace was a nice extra, with beautiful city views. The hotel is central and within easy walking distance of most places. Roma termini was just a 10-minute walk. The restaurant they recommended was fantastic, and we really enjoyed our meals there. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

Amazing location, wonderful staff, a quaint lobby bar, and an awesome rooftop bar, though it can get windy and cold up there. My one issue was the mattress. It was way too firm for me, and I couldn't get a decent night's sleep because my shoulders and hips ached. If you like a very firm bed, you'll love it.

We spent a week here and had a great time. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They confirmed what we'd read about taking a day trip to Pompeii, which made us feel more confident about finding our way around the train station. The hotel is conveniently close to the Colosseum, the train station, and a metro stop. Our room had a nice view and plenty of storage. Breakfast had a good range, so it was easy to grab something before heading out each day. We'd stay here again if we return to Rome.

We had a small hiccup and needed to change rooms, but the staff handled it very well and it wasn't a problem. They were all kind and helpful, and the ladies at breakfast greeted us with smiles every day. Breakfast was nice, with different pastries each day, plus delicious bread and eggs. It's about a 10-minute walk from Termini Station, in a central spot that isn't overwhelming or loud. The room had what we needed: a bed, shower and bathroom, kettle with tea and coffee, and a mini fridge stocked with drinks you can pay for if you want to take them. There's luggage storage, so you can explore Rome if you have a later flight. Everything was fine, and I do recommend it.

The bedroom was small, but clean, and all the public areas were tidy and nicely decorated. There's also a rooftop bar with pleasant city views, a bar on site, and buffet breakfast. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient, and the hotel was very well managed. It works well for reaching the central train station, bus routes, and metro. Plenty of sights are walkable, including The Colossem, the Victor Emmanuel monument, and the Basilica of Mary Major. There are lots of local cafes and restaurants to choose from. A very good pick for a central Rome city break.
