Valentina was so kind and made sure we had what we needed, both at the property and for getting out to explore. She left maps and useful information about the city and transport, and there were fresh cookies every day. We also had Nespresso coffee, a fridge for food, a stovetop, and a table and chairs for meals. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and clean, and the bathroom was spacious and clean too. The location worked really well, about a 30-minute walk from Vatican City. We stayed in late May 2025 and were extremely pleased. I’d absolutely recommend the place to anyone visiting Rome, and can’t wait to book with Rhome Vatican Rooms again. Thanks, Valentina, for being such a great host!

One thing to remember: keep your key with you and don't let the door close behind you, since you need it for the electricity and could get locked out. Valentina can let you in remotely, but I wanted to mention it for future guests. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the kitchen had a microwave, stovetop, coffee, and everything we needed. Valentina was friendly, communicative, and helpful throughout. She brought local pastries and a small gift for my daughter, and gave us lots of recommendations. There were maps and train route information in the room, too. We walked to the Vatican and Sistine chapel. Other parts of Rome were about a 20-30 minute ride away. It was a quiet, safe, pleasant place to stay, and I'd happily come back.

Valentina was lovely and always ready to answer questions. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, with thoughtful details like the lighting and charging sockets. We had a private kitchen with coffee, tea, and biscuits. The airport transfer service was amazing. Francesco helped us all the way to the property, which was a big help since we didn't yet have mobile data and check-in was online. Highly recommended.

I booked through Booking.com for 21.11.2024 - 24.11.2024 and had arranged a late check-in until 22:00 because of my flight. The flight was delayed by weather, and when I got to Rome Central Station at 21:50, the property manager refused to wait for us, even though I was traveling with two children. We were left at night in a city we didn't know, so I had to urgently book another hotel. Booking.com then sent an automatic cancellation notice for a no-show. The manager first said I would get a refund for two nights, but more than two months passed with no refund, despite my attempts and Booking.com customer support trying to reach them. This was an extremely disappointing experience. The way the property was managed showed no human decency or responsibility, and I'd strongly urge future customers to think carefully about the risk of staying here.
