The biggest problem was what happened before dawn. We left at 5:30 AM and had to haul our bags down the stairs because the elevator was out. There was no water either, so we couldn't wash up, brush our teeth, or flush the toilet. Then the first trolley toward Termini didn't stop, even though we were at the right stop. That's not the room's fault, though. I meant to book ETERNAL ROMA near Termini Roma, but somehow reserved Inerno Roma instead. With luggage, it's about a 20 minute walk to the station rather than 5. The room itself was clean, quiet at night, a good size, and had a comfortable bed and plenty of hot water when it was running. The corner Jacuzzi and shower setup was odd, and the air conditioning didn't work, though opening the window was fine. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the area varies from pleasant to sketchy.

Natalia was really kind and pleasant, and the room was good quality for the price. The neighborhood itself doesn't have much going on. Getting to the tram or train takes about 10 minutes on foot, which was fine for us.

Natalia was helpful and shared some useful tips about the city. I had a great stay: the place was very clean, with nice decor, and the room had a handy little kitchen, especially useful in winter. The huge TV was a nice extra too.

We had plenty of useful things in the room, including a microwave, induction hob, toaster, kettle, sink, cutlery, and coffee maker. There was also a big TV across from the bed connected to a PC, and the Wi-Fi worked normally. The room was quite large and the bed was comfortable. It was 15 to 20 minutes on foot from the Colosseum, with two metro stations, restaurants, and grocery shops nearby. The bathroom was clean and everything worked, including the Jacuzzi, though it felt a bit small and not especially comfortable.
