The host was so responsive and supportive, five stars for them. The property is also in a fantastic spot, with most attractions walkable or easy to reach by e-bike. We stayed five nights and were comfortable. The rooms were a bit dim, so more lighting would’ve helped, and the bathroom tap pressure wasn’t great, though it wasn’t a dealbreaker.

The owners even mailed my wedding ring back after I left it on the bedside table. They were incredibly hospitable. During our three-night anniversary trip in 2019, they also left us a complimentary bottle of red wine and pastries from a bakery down the street. Our room was beautiful and quiet, and the included breakfast and coffee were great. We could walk to Rome’s main sights and only used transit once or twice. We loved our visit and would book here again when we return.

We didn’t meet the owners in person, but they were really helpful over text, including with advice on the best way to get to the airport. The hotel was clean, nicely decorated, and conveniently located. We stayed two nights and barely heard a sound, even though we think other guests were there. Would definitely recommend it.

Arminio arranged our rides to and from the airport, which I really appreciated. We had a lovely three-night stay in a charming place right in the center. Thank you!
