Daniella at the front desk was so kind and helpful, answering my questions and helping me find my way around the city. I usually book Marriott Bonvoy properties, but I'm glad I chose Hotel dei Barbieri and would stay again. The room was beautifully designed and, though the smaller option, felt perfectly comfortable for solo travel. The bed was great, the included breakfast was good, and the hotel felt much more expensive than it was. It was my first visit to Rome and the location worked really well.

Adrianna at reception deserves a special mention for her kindness and professionalism. She was attentive and always available, with thoughtful ideas for things to do and places to explore in Rome. The hotel itself is in a beautiful Italian palazzo, with elegant, authentic decor and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is classic but complete, and a good start to the day. It also offers an enchanting setting and excellent value. I'd recommend it without hesitation for a memorable, authentic stay.

When my airline lost my luggage, Adriana followed up with them for me, and my suitcase was at reception the very next day. I really appreciated that help. Nino and Adriana were both kind and professional, and answered all my questions about Rome. I was here on business and had a great stay, with a fantastic location, a good room and service I'd rate 10/10. It was a pleasure spending my nights here, and I'll stay again next time I'm back in Rome.

Adreana looked after what we needed with a smile and a good sense of humor, and Dora, the manager, took an interest in our stay and made us feel welcome. We arrived late at night and the receptionist was kind and helpful. The small room had real charm, with a fantastic shower and an extremely comfortable bed. Great location, good sleep and dedicated staff. Recommended.

The building's restoration is magnificent, and you can feel Roman history in the details. The location is unbeatable. We had a room issue, but were immediately moved to another one in a higher category. Both receptionists were very kind and friendly, and offered us umbrellas whenever it rained before we went out. A perfect stay. We'll definitely come back.
