Hotel Lilium

I wish we’d found this hotel at the beginning of our five nights in Rome. After a terrible booking elsewhere, we found it at the last minute, and manager Pietro went far beyond what we expected to accommodate us. We had some unusual requests, and although other places in Rome might have turned us away, Pietro made sure we could check in and have a dream last night in the city. The kindness and service really surprised me. Hotel reception manager Revi was also so hospitable and kind. The building and rooms are gorgeous and clean, and the staff were top-notch, which we hadn’t found anywhere else. I’d strongly recommend staying here for a special occasion in Rome. The experience was priceless.

I loved my room, and the little terrace was such a nice spot to read and have coffee. There’s also a minibar in the room with lots of goodies. The hotel is so cute, cozy, and full of character. It’s definitely my go-to place in Rome from now on.

What stood out most was the staff, so kind and attentive, with a natural warmth. Lilium Boutique Hotel is simple and elegant, with clean, comfortable rooms and a calm atmosphere. The location makes it easy to explore the city, then come back somewhere peaceful. Nothing flashy, just quietly excellent.

After long days walking, having a bath was a godsend. The staff were fantastic and breakfast was good. The rooms are very basic, and we could have used more pillows. We didn’t ask for a balcony, so that part’s on us. Most of the popular places are about a 30-minute walk away. All in all, good value for money in Rome.
