The hotel was spotlessly clean, with strong Wi-Fi and water and coffee readily available. My small room was cozy, very comfortable, and had everything I needed. I spent two nights here and was very happy with the stay. It’s about 10 minutes from Roma Termini. The staff were so friendly, kind, and helpful, and I really appreciated their assistance. My only suggestion is a larger, more visible sign on the front of the building. I couldn’t find the place several times because the sign was tiny, though that won’t cost it a star. The service and price were excellent, and I’ll stay again when I’m in Rome.

The room was clean, the service very good, and the location was a big plus. It’s just a few blocks from Termini and within walking distance of the main attractions. The place isn’t very well known and could use more promotion, but it met my expectations. I had a great experience!

My wife and I thought this was the best of the best. The location is close to the termini stadion, and the rooms are clean. There’s free water and fruit, plus a great balcony with parrots in the neighbourhood. The staff, service, location, and rooms were all just perfect. I can highly recommend staying here. Thanks for everything!

The good thing is that it’s across the street from Roma Termini. The rest was frustrating. There was no hand soap, and the bottle had been filled with water. I had to go back and forth with the owner or employee just to get soap and other basic toiletries before he agreed to provide them. Housekeeping was a struggle too. The headboard was dirty, and the restroom didn’t feel clean. The owner warned us to be careful in the neighborhood at night because it isn’t safe. I’d avoid this place.
