The quality was superb, and the service felt no less than what you’d get at a standard hotel. The people working there and the administration were cooperative and handled things in a very professional manner. They were well mannered and helped make my stay comfortable. Amazing service and a wonderful place.

The manager was very friendly. The place was clean and nicely set up, with a separate entrance for each room.

The room was clean and very well organised. But the soundproofing between rooms was an absolute nightmare. We could clearly hear people talking in the next room, and the water sounded like a waterfall.

It’s a beautiful, welcoming, clean property, and buses make it easy to get around. The metro is far away, but one bus takes you to the city center or the EUR district. Breakfast is available for a fee. Shame about that, since otherwise it would’ve been worth five stars.

Beatrice’s kindness was the real highlight. The room, space, outdoor area, and location were all perfect too. Highly recommended, and one to keep in mind for future stays in Rome!
