Imperium Suite Navona Hotel

I stayed at the Imperium Suite Navona with my partner from the 16th to the 20th of August 2025. For students like me or anyone travelling on a budget who still wants to stay in the city centre, it’s a great option. The room was very nice, with a modern bathroom that seemed recently updated, plus air conditioning, a mini fridge, and closet space. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Being able to message them on WhatsApp was handy when we needed to get in touch without calling. We found the layout a little confusing at first because reception is in the building across from some of the hotel rooms, but they send instructions beforehand that explain it all. A special thank you to Lucia, who helped me so kindly over email and WhatsApp, and to the gentleman who safely stored our luggage on our last day so we could enjoy a few more hours in Rome. I hope to return soon and will definitely try to book here again!

The room is excellent, though the hotel itself can be tricky to locate. During dinner time, cafés put tables right out in the narrow streets, so cars can’t get through.

I really enjoyed the Breakfast in Bed option. They brought it at the time we chose, with fresh hot coffee, warm buns, and croissants each morning. The room was cleaned every day, and customer support was available 24/7. The reception staff were very professional and helpful, and the hotel’s location made it quick and easy to reach Rome’s main attractions. Before you check in, ask them for detailed directions from the airport and instructions for arriving at night.

The lift takes you to the first floor, though there’s only room for one person and luggage. Each morning we got freshly baked pastries and cappuccinos, a classic Italian breakfast. Public transport is just around the corner, and there are four major Italian restaurants within 100 yards. We parked at a public garage about a 15-minute walk away for €25 a day, which is super cheap for a major city. My family and I spent three days at this great B&B in central Rome. The location was amazing, and customer service was 10/10. The receptionist was fantastic with city tips and travel information. It’s centrally placed for all the tourist sites. Can’t wait to come back!
