In Selci - Colosseo

The apartment is in a good location, but we had a miserable time dealing with the owner. He didn't send directions beforehand, and it took us a while to work out how to reach him. There was no internet reception in the room, so we needed Wi-Fi. We had no Wi-Fi for two and a half days, and when we tried contacting him, he ignored us and didn't reply. Being without cellular reception in the room was unbearable. The neighbors also seem bothered by every little sound, which made even a late shower unpleasant. There was no soap, shampoo, or toilet paper. We couldn't find a blanket, then found a dusty one under the bed with no pillowcase. The bathtub/jacuzzi wasn't clean and had no shower head; it couldn't be filled either. There's no electric kettle, so we heated water in a pot on the gas.

The staff were very attentive, and the apartment was spotless and fully equipped. It's close to the metro and the Colosseum. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, which is essential in Rome. I have absolutely no complaints.

They took the full €1,540.00 after confirming my booking, then cancelled it just 7 days later without giving a reason. I still haven’t received a refund. Watch out.

Our stay was cancelled at the last minute, and they wouldn’t refund us. Avoid this place.
