The staff were great and polite, and our room was OK. The 24/7 bar next door was the one reassuring thing about safety. Otherwise, the neighbourhood felt very unsafe and was a long way from the city centre. There are buses, but coming back late on them was scary, and there’s nobody at the hotel overnight.

There is parking, and getting here by car is easy since it’s quite close to GRA. Our room was pretty good and clean, though the bathroom could be more comfortable and better furnished. Breakfast wasn’t very broad or tasty and needs improvement.

We checked out at 05:00 and just left the key at reception, no problem. The rooms were comfortable, and the place was clean with good, polite staff. Very good hotel.

The reception staff were really good and helpful, but the breakfast room servers weren’t helpful and seemed to think we were staying for free. The rooms are very small, breakfast never changes, and the bar next to the hotel is noisy enough to be irritating. There’s no proper transport into the city.

I was moved here from another hotel. It was reasonable, but the room was very warm and the fan or air conditioning wasn’t working. The bathroom also wasn’t very clean.
