The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the doormen, concierge, and front desk team were all great. From this beautiful hotel in a good Rome location, we could walk to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. We were upgraded to a lovely two-room suite and welcomed with wine and chocolates. I highly recommend it.

We had dinner one evening at VICI Bistrot & Ristorante and drinks at Charlie's Rooftop Bar, and the food and drinks were excellent. The staff were professional in every setting, including at breakfast. I’d happily recommend all of these options. We chose InterContinental Rome Ambasciatori Palace for our 10th wedding anniversary, hoping to make some special memories. It was my second stay at an InterContinental, and the service and experience were amazing throughout our two nights. The hotel is well placed for exploring the center of Rome, and the team looked after us professionally from arrival to departure. When we got to our room, we found an upgrade, a personal note, dessert, and prosecco. That thoughtful touch made us feel cared for and made the visit even more special. The price felt well worth it, and my hotel experiences around the world haven't matched this one. We’re grateful to the team for making our anniversary stay so memorable, and we look forward to returning. We’ll gladly recommend the hotel to family and friends planning a trip to Rome. The hotel is set away from many of the main attractions, which suited us because we enjoyed having some space from the crowds and could walk everywhere. I know that arrangement won’t work for everyone. The street itself was quiet, even though the hotel is near major roads. That made car or Uber pickups convenient, and there are plenty of bus stops and subway lines within walking distance. The property and service were amazing, with beautiful rooms that had everything we needed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. When our daughter's shoelace broke, the concierge even found us a shoe store open on Sunday, which turned out to be harder than you’d think. Breakfast came with our stay and was a phenomenal buffet with everything we could have wanted.

We spent nine days at the Intercontinental Ambasciatori Palace Hotel in Rome, and the staff made a real difference. Simone and Rebecca at VICI Le Bistrot were two standout examples. It was a pleasure seeing them stay so consistently professional, even during busy periods, while bringing their own warmth and skill to the work. From the front desk through to VICI Le Bistrot, the service and staffing set an excellent standard. They’re among the many reasons we’d return and recommend this hotel.
