Interno 6 San Pietro

I had a really bad experience here and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for cordial, honest treatment. I paid 500 euros for the stay, but the owner treated me as if the only thing that mattered was money. They charged me an extra 50 euros for arriving at night, though that fee wasn’t listed in the Booking.com reservation, plus 31.50 euros in tourist tax. When I arrived, there was a box for collecting the keys yourself, as shown in the photo, so the extra charge seemed like a clear attempt to get more money. The owner was disrespectful and annoyed when I questioned the fee. She had trouble with her SumUp payment app, then kept calling and messaging me all weekend to demand the money that hadn’t come through. When she finally received it, she didn’t even apologize for the trouble. I found the whole thing unprofessional and inconsiderate.
