Mr. Vincenzo was genuinely kind and friendly, and my room and bathroom were both very clean. The guest Wi-Fi was excellent, too. It's an excellent B&B right in central Rome, only five minutes from the main sights. If you want a good place in the centre without spending a fortune, I'd recommend it. You won't regret it! :)
