We stayed for a couple of nights and liked the room, which had a private bathroom, queen-size bed, a truly mini fridge, TV, and AC. The staff were friendly, and the location was great, right by shops for morning coffee and breakfast and just a five-minute walk from Laurentina station. My one complaint was that the maid came into our room in the morning while we were still in bed. We tried to explain, and it felt really intrusive.

The neighborhood seemed safe, and the metro is within walking distance for getting into downtown Rome. The service was basic, as you'd expect from an Airbnb-style stay. The entry instructions were a little confusing, but the host communicated well and helped us figure out how to get into our room.

The AC saved us pale Scandinavians in that heat, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean and had a tiny fridge, which was another lifesaver. The small B&B and its outstanding, friendly, helpful staff made us feel like specially invited guests. We'd definitely return if we get the chance. There were several places to eat nearby, and the owner kindly gave us a map and directions for where to go. The metro was 10 minutes away and the mall 20 minutes away. It was perfect apart from a couple of small things: we'd have liked a more nutritious breakfast, though we found most Italians don't eat much in the morning, and a few glasses in the bathroom or room would've been handy.

The room and en-suite were beautiful and modern, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The only letdown was the noise from the busy road outside. I think there's a hospital nearby, since sirens kept going at all hours.
