We ended up here after renovations forced us to leave our other accommodation, and it turned into a wonderful stay. Giulia was a fantastic host, and the room was very clean and well equipped. Osman took care of check-in and was kind and professional. My wife and I had a great trip and would definitely stay here again.

The good points don't quite make up for the issues, so I can't fairly give this B&B more than three stars. Osman and Giulia were both kind and professional, and Giulia was easy to reach on WhatsApp. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure, the elevator worked well, and the shared space was maintained nicely. It's close to public transit and within walking distance of the Vatican. The air conditioning worked well once it had been running for a while. There were several problems in our room. It was hot when we arrived, and the AC took a long time to cool it down. On the first day, the room smelled of smoke despite the no-smoking policy. We were told an air freshener would be brought, but it never came. The blanket had a large stain and what looked like a small blood stain; after we asked for a replacement, we didn't get another one. The mini fridge had black mold growing inside and was wet from condensation. We also had to ask for body wash on day one, got just one tiny bottle for four nights, and it wasn't replenished. Our rubbish wasn't taken out during the stay. The owner was kind enough, but only greeted us over WhatsApp at first. We didn't meet in person or get advice about the area until the third day.

The one thing that needs attention is the shower, since the water pressure is too low. Apart from that, we were very happy with our three-night stay. Julia and her staff were very kind, and the room was comfortable and a good size for a couple. Breakfast was brought to the room, with your choice of coffee or tea, plus croissants, toast, butter, jam, Nutella, orange juice, yogurt and cereal. The B&B is easy to recommend, within walking distance of many Rome sights and less than five minutes from Vatican City.

The room was really pretty, and the stay was good overall. The walls are very thin, so you can hear the neighbors, and it was a bit expensive. Still, that's Rome in September.

It's beautiful. We came by in the evening after sunset, and a guitarist was playing. That made the whole experience so lovely.
