The rooms are large and very clean, with attractions nearby. There are loads of places to eat or get a drink, and the shops are handy too. Excellent stay, and we'd definitely come back.

I was disgusted by how this hotel handled things during the pandemic. COVID brought lockdowns across Europe, so I couldn't fly for the Easter holidays. The hotel promised a voucher for a future stay, which I was happy to accept, but months passed and nothing arrived. I tried contacting them and got no response. Booking.com reached out and told me the hotel refused to issue the voucher, even though I had written proof of the promise. I understand the pandemic may have created real hardship, but the hotel left me £500 out of pocket and went back on its written promise of compensation. I wouldn't trust them. Don't book here under any circumstances.

The apartment was new, very nice, and well equipped, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's close to Ottaviano metro station and the Vatican, on a pedestrian street full of shops and activities.
