Massimo and Alessandro made the stay especially memorable. They were welcoming, attentive, and generous with their knowledge of Rome, sending detailed suggestions for restaurants, sights, private tours, and custom walking routes before we arrived. They also helped with bookings. The B&B is in a stylish neighborhood, a welcome break from the crowds of the historic center, and about a 25-minute walk from the Spanish Steps. It occupies the ground floor of a renovated building that's a century old, with views over a quiet private courtyard. Inside, everything was spotless, quiet, and beautifully maintained, with distinctive furnishings and artwork. The comfortable bed had excellent linens, and there was also a minibar, desk, and modern bathroom. I couldn't have been happier. It was simply wonderful in every way.

The location was just right, in a safe, beautiful area of Roma that was peaceful but still close to the tourist attractions. The room was spacious and really, really clean, and I slept better here than anywhere else in Europe, even after staying in several different places there. This felt like a magical home rather than a typical B&B, shared by two incredible people who made me feel welcome. My five days went by so quickly after check-in. Alessandra & Massimo, it was such a pleasure meeting you and talking with you. I loved your knowledge of and affection for Roma, and really appreciated the time you shared. I'd strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique stay and a deeper sense of Roma's history.

Massimo and Alessandra were what made the experience so special. From the time we booked, they were incredibly helpful with everything: they arranged restaurants and an airport taxi, and shared itinerary ideas and useful tips for getting around. We also took a night tour with Massimo, which was honestly the best. He knows so much about Roman history and where to find hidden gems in Rome. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the neighborhood was lovely with an amazing location. If you're looking for a real Roman experience, this is the place.

The interior is lovely, and the place was quiet, safe, and very clean. Our hosts were kind, professional, and quick to help. Breakfast was great too, with excellent coffee, fruit, and croissants.
