La Locanda dell'Angelo

For the price we paid in February for three nights, it was a very attractive deal. The location was the best part, close to Termini train station and with a bus stop right beside the apartment. The area was quiet and pleasant, with some nice restaurants nearby. Our room was quite nice and definitely clean. Breakfast was only a few sweet snacks, but coffee and tea were available too. The walls were paper-thin. We could hear everything from the other rooms, even someone peeing. Every little sound was disturbing, and I struggled with it a lot. If you can ignore that, maybe this place is for you.

Really lovely place to stay, very close to Roma Termini. Check-in was easy, and the host explained everything clearly in a video. Thanks so much for everything. ✨

We paid 175 Euros for one night in July 2023. The room was spacious and clean, but this is a shared house, so there isn't much privacy. Finding the house was very difficult, and you have to follow the directions carefully. It's manageable if you have the time and energy. The owner of the non-hotel was rude and petty. We arrived late, and they threatened to refuse us a place to sleep while still charging the full fee.

For what we paid, this place was great. It's within walking distance of Roma Termini and easy to find on Google Maps. The neighborhood was peaceful, and our room was tidy with a nice courtyard view. You can walk to several churches, including Basilica Sta Maggiore. Self check-in was easy to follow, though you'll need a phone with internet access. Breakfast was light but good, with a choice of coffee, tea, juice, water, pastries, and biscuits.
