The owner's friendly, supportive manner made our stay good, just as it did last time. The B&B now has a breakfast room, which it didn't have when we stayed before. Breakfast is self-service and typically Italian, which suited us fine. The Wi-Fi actually works well here, unlike at many hotels where I've found it very poor. You can easily reach the trams, buses, and metro, and central Rome is about 20 minutes away. I'd thoroughly recommend the B&B.

The place itself is nice and in a good location, about 15 minutes by car from Termini Station. The management, though, was difficult to deal with and impolite.

Great staff, an amazing place, and a top location.

6/10
The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast room was excellent, though it's on a different floor from the rooms. The rooms are well maintained, with apple themed colors and patterns that felt a bit overdone to me. This place occupies the first and second floors of a building near Piazza dei Re di Roma, not far from the metro. The sign beside the entrance is easy to miss, and the building and stairs look a little run down.

Luca made us feel welcome and walked us through everything, explaining things clearly and helping during our stay. The room was clean and had a TV, wardrobe, bathroom with a hairdryer, and more. The location worked well for us, about 15 minutes on foot from the Colosseum and just two minutes from the metro.
