The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was good. It’s an easy walk to the metro and very close to the Vatican.

Mario was quick to answer our questions, and we had clear, detailed instructions as soon as we booked. The building was quiet and clean, and our room had a very comfortable bed. My husband and I loved our time in Rome and Mario’s hospitality. The neighborhood was nice, with the great pizza restaurant L'Archetto just around the corner. It was handy to leave our bags at the property and explore on our last day. The one annoyance was the garbage trucks making noise at night while emptying the bins.

We liked the room and the location worked really well for the Vatican. There was a restaurant around the corner that we especially enjoyed. Check-in was a bit strange, though, and it seemed the two staff members were only around for a few hours a day. One day, they didn’t show up, as far as we could tell.

The staff were very helpful, and my three-night stay went smoothly. It was comfortable and clean, with a quiet setting close to the center and the Vatican, making it a good fit for a short Rome visit.

Mario was kind and helped us book a taxi to the airport. The hotel was great, with clean, modern, spacious, comfortable rooms in a lovely location. I’d highly recommend it.
