The room was tidy, the staff were friendly, and the price was really good. There’s a Tabaccheria downstairs where you can buy tickets. Walk about five minutes and you’re at the Vatican, with the tram and Metro very close too.

The staff were very accommodating, and the room was clean with great views. It’s in a great location and reasonably priced. I stayed three nights and had an excellent experience.

The extra bed was only partly made up, though it had everything we needed, so it wasn’t a problem. Otherwise, the caretaker was friendly and the rooms were clean and welcoming. They aren’t especially large, but they’re comfortable and have everything, including a TV, AC, fridge, kettle for tea and herbal tea, and a bathroom with a shower. The guesthouse is in central Rome, right beside Piazza Risorgimento and close to the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica. A good place overall.
