We found the room cozy, and check-in was easy. The owner was nice, and there’s a shared kitchen as well. The street itself is quiet, with bus stops nearby and plenty of cafes, restaurants, and a market close by. The Vatican is very near, and the city center is walkable too. Breakfast is at a nearby cafe: espresso or cappuccino and a sweet or savory croissant. It was enough for us, and seems fair since breakfast isn’t usually a big thing in Italy.

Valentina made us feel welcome right away, and the B&B is kept very clean and tidy. It’s right by Vatican City in a really central spot. We were lucky to have a small, cute balcony overlooking St. Peter's dome. There’s free coffee and tea throughout the day, fast Wi-Fi, and breakfast with several Italian-style choices. One of my best B&B stays so far, thank you!

The room was clean and the location was good. Valentina seemed nice, though we only saw her once. We had to take our breakfast from the fridge ourselves. The money side has been frustrating: she didn't give us a receipt for the cash we paid, and then money was also taken from the card reservation through Booking. We're still trying to resolve getting it back. This could have been a really good stay, and I hope future guests have a better experience.

The building was awful, even if the Vatican is nearby. We had to share it with two other rooms, and the lift was ancient and only fit two people. Our kids were in a separate room, so it really wasn't child-friendly. Getting the keys meant using a lockbox on a fence near the front door. We asked for a refund so we could stay somewhere else, but they refused. Stay somewhere else.

They felt very welcomed, and the receptionist was attentive, friendly, and helped them a lot. The place is very close to the Vatican, and they're grateful for the care. I booked it for my Grandma and my cousin, and this was their feedback. I definitely recommend it. ☺️👍
