La Terrazza di Evelina Guest House

The owner was welcoming, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions or details. The location is amazing, near Manzoni station, with easy access to all the important places. Even five stars don’t feel like enough.

The location made getting around very easy. My father and I could walk to the Colosseum and Roman Forum, and the Metro was a short walk away for trips to St. Peter’s, the Vatican Museum, and other sights. Our modern room was spotless, with daily cleaning, two twin beds, and a private bathroom that suited us perfectly. The host was very welcoming, made check-in easy, and gave us useful recommendations. We also appreciated the shared kitchen and living room, with an espresso maker, kettle, microwave, and fridge. Breakfast was light rather than the usual American eggs-and-bacon kind, but we liked trying something different on vacation. There are plenty of places nearby if you want a bigger meal. There’s no washer in the apartment, though a great laundry service just three minutes away was quick and reasonably priced. My father and I had a fantastic three-day stay at La Terrazza di Evelina Guest House. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended as a comfortable, convenient base for exploring Rome.

The best part of these cozy apartments is the charming rooftop terrace, with its garden and plenty of space to unwind. They’re on the slopes of Esquiline hill, within walking distance of Termini railway station, Roman forum, and the city center. Luciano runs the place with a smile and is always ready to help guests.

I felt comfortable at La Terrazza di Evelina Guest House and had a great stay. The bedroom was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed. Luciano was kind and helpful, and I’d recommend staying here anytime.
