We loved the location, especially the food in Trastevere. The Colosseum was about a 30-minute walk and the Vatican about 40 minutes. We don’t mind walking, since taxis made us carsick. Our first visit to Italy went smoothly thanks to Andrea, who was attentive and helpful. We stayed in the Old England room, a junior suite maybe, and found it very comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfy, even for someone picky like me, and the room had some cooling. There was a nice view out front, but it could get loud with the windows open. With them closed, it was quiet at night. It’s one apartment with several rented rooms and a shared kitchen, though we only heard one other couple leaving once, so it still felt very private. We didn’t eat breakfast there, but there were plenty of options to grab something before heading out. We’d happily return. Thanks, Andrea!

The kitchen is available around the clock, and the neighborhood is quiet while still being close to great restaurants. Andrea was extremely kind and helpful, and the room was comfortable.

Romano & Eduardo were fantastic hosts, always ready to help and never making anything feel like too much trouble. I arrived well before check-in, but they got my room ready for me quickly. The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the basics I needed, including a safe, hairdryer, and mini fridge. Breakfast was continental and lovely. The B&B is in a great part of Trastevere, close to plenty of good bars and restaurants. It felt very safe there, and I felt safe around Rome generally. Attractions are within walking distance, with bus and tram stops right nearby. Highly recommend.

This place is in an apartment building with a shared kitchen stocked with breakfast and homemade lemon drizzle cake. It’s a good base for exploring Rome, with clean rooms, AC, hot water, and a host who’s always available. The location is excellent, with authentic Italian restaurants and pubs nearby that don’t feel touristy. Checkout is at 10:30, and if your flight leaves later in the evening, there’s a safe place to leave your bag.

A quiet little place to recharge in the middle of busy, noisy Rome. Every room has a different feel, which makes it its own. Andrea, the owner, is unbelievably kind and helpful.
