Our room was roomy, with a comfortable bed, and they had a crib ready for our 11-month-old. When my child got sick one night, housekeeping had already gone home, but staff explained how I could get fresh sheets. They checked in later to ask if I needed anything, which was really kind. The hotel itself has only six rooms inside a larger building with other small hotels and offices. It’s in a great spot, on a main street with shops and restaurants, and most major attractions are a 15-20 minute walk away. Termini station is about ten minutes on foot, with plenty of bus and metro routes close by. The hotel isn’t staffed around the clock, but there are always people at their sister hotel one floor up, and they were welcoming and helpful. We had a positive stay.

The bed was so old it wasn’t flat or level, and the sound insulation was bad. Heavy old doors kept slamming through the night and morning. Super noisy.

The rooms are really nice and spacious, and you can adjust the air conditioning yourself. Handy for getting around to lots of places in Rome. I’d definitely recommend it.

My whole trip was planned around this booking, including flights I couldn’t refund. Then, just days before I was due to travel, the property cancelled my confirmed, fully paid, non-refundable reservation through Booking.com without giving any reason. That left me in a tough spot, with very little availability and much higher prices nearby. They didn’t offer a proper alternative or an adequate solution, so I was left to handle a problem that wasn’t my fault. Cancelling so late was unprofessional and showed no responsibility toward guests. I’d urge future travelers to be cautious, because a confirmed reservation here may not mean your stay will actually be honored.

There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, including Palm Local and Carrefour, which is handy for groceries. The accommodation is affordable, the area feels safe, and the staff are friendly and attentive. I’d recommend it.
