Attico Talenti

We spent four nights here as a family and had a wonderful stay. The place was quiet, welcoming, and spotless. There’s a kitchen with what you need, a bathroom stocked with essentials, and a terrace where we could relax and chat after long walks around Rome. It’s around 40 minutes from the center, but that didn’t bother us. We used public transport, and the connections were good. We’d choose this place again if we return to Rome. Thanks to Michele and Alessandro.

There’s a lovely terrace, and you can find what you need nearby. Rome’s center is also easy to reach from here. The hosts really care about the little details that make a stay more enjoyable. Thanks, Michele!

We really enjoyed the big balcony and the view. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed, plus breakfast snacks. The hosts were kind and gave us helpful information throughout our stay. It’s a bit far from the city center, but public transport makes the trip easy. One of my best experiences in Rome so far, and I highly recommend the place.

This was a bad experience, and I can't recommend the place. The house is spacious, which was its one good point, but as an attic it got very hot. There are three air conditioners, yet the owner said only one could be on at a time. He also arrived 20 minutes before checkout and settled himself inside the house, leaving us without privacy. Breakfast was meager: four snacks, mints, and lemon tea bags. I couldn't see expiry dates on the packaged items, so their origin seemed questionable to me. The coffee pod machine was good, at least. We had to leave early for reasons outside the owner's control, so we missed the second of the two nights we had agreed to. He still insisted on charging the full two-night amount, without hesitation. After we shared our complaints, he replied irritably that we could stay in a hotel. That's what bothered me most. For the price, it honestly wasn't worth it. I respect people who work in hospitality and don't usually leave negative reviews, but this was too much. NOT RECOMMENDED.
