The service was good, and you could ask them anything at any time. We had a pleasant stay in a very central spot, near the Metro and bus stops. There was a problem with the hot water, but the hostess fixed it after we let her know.

The area was lovely and fairly central, with beautiful architecture right by the place. Metro and bus stops are about a three-minute walk away. The rooms were clean and had everything needed for a stay, and check-in was easy. Nicoletta helped us out, and the service was great. For the price, it was all very good, fair and affordable. We'd come back and recommend it. ❤️🥰
