Brilliant location, one street from the Spanish steps. The place is beautiful and clean, and the people working here are the friendliest. I’d 100% come back.

The location right in the city is great, but I wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t come back. The room was really old and needs renovating. It didn’t look like the pictures at all. The bath and toilett were leaking, and it wasn’t clean. The bed, door and lots of stuff were old, broken or just looked nasty.

The room was on the small side, but it had what I needed and was kept neat with daily service. Everything else worked out well for me. The WiFi, though, was really bad.

We had to move rooms twice because the old air conditioners kept cutting out and barely worked. The rooms were badly maintained, and the service was awful. When I asked the receptionist about the A/C, he shouted at me and hung up before I was done speaking. I've never had hotel customer service this bad. I wouldn't stay here again, and I'd tell others to avoid it.

We were just steps from Piazza di Spagna, and the front desk team made everything easy. They kept our suitcases while we traveled around Italy, then upgraded our room when we came back. Such warm, efficient help. A lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Rome, and I highly recommend it.
