Federico was kind and really helpful, contacting us and greeting us when we arrived. He had towels, soap, a hairdryer, coffee and breakfast snacks ready. We were there for a weekend concert at the sports hall, and the nearby bus stops made getting around easy. The place felt like staying at a friend's home. The garden and pool were open and looked well cared for, though we didn't use them. We'd happily return.

We felt at home right away in the big, welcoming rooms. And the garden is gorgeous. Federico is the best host!

A local friend suggested this place, and we had a fantastic weekend here. It was clean and had all the comforts we needed, and the owner was kind and ready to help with everything. We'll definitely return on our next weekend in Rome.
