The host was the most satisfying part of our stay: polite, always smiling, and helpful. She took time to explain how to get around the city and sent recommendations for food and places to visit. The guest house is right in the heart of Rome, very close to the Metro. Rooms are large, clean, nicely decorated, and bright, and the bathroom is impressive too. There are ready-to-eat breakfast options available around the clock, plus you can make coffee or grab cake and a croissant. A gem in Rome, highly recommended!

Valentina arranged our airport pickup and shared lots of ideas for places to eat and visit. She even let us check out late on our last day since our flight wasn't until evening. The room was a good size, clean, and had a great bathroom and much-needed air conditioning in the heat. The shared area was kept clean, and breakfast snacks were always topped up. A wonderful hostess and a great stay. We'd happily come back.

Best host I've come across, and probably the best place to book in Rome!

A spacious, clean, comfortable room at an affordable price, just a short walk from the Metro. The neighborhood is definitely working class, but Via Appia Antica is only 3 minutes away. There's a great shopping street there that leads straight to the Basilica San Giovanni. It's a nice way to see how locals live.

Valentina, the owner, was incredibly kind, genuine, and always available. Her friendliness really makes a difference. Le Vestali Guest House is welcoming and well kept, and its location makes exploring Rome easy. The metro and bus stops are just steps away, with a supermarket and several parking lots nearby. Highly recommended!
