We didn't feel safe around the hotel because there were many homeless people nearby, and the location was poor. The room was dirty enough that we couldn't use the towels, and there was no hot water. I wouldn't stay here if you want your Rome trip to go well.

We asked to change rooms, but the owner couldn't understand us, and the toilet barely flushed from the first day through the third. It was really inconvenient and embarrassing. She didn't speak any English, despite what the website says. There was no hot water during our three-day stay, the room was dirty, and the sheets had blood stains and hair. The room was one of the worst I've stayed in, nowhere near the photos or what I expected for the price. Breakfast was just a small table in the hall with basics, plus shared water and juice in a fridge. There wasn't a fridge in the room. And, of course, we got no receipt even though we asked.

The location was incredible, and I'd stay there again. It's an apartment with bedrooms, though we had to call the owner when we arrived, pay at her apartment, and then go to another building. Our room was fine. We stayed five days, and our towels and sheets were changed once. There was a fridge, microwave, and kitchen equipment in the hall.

It's close to Roma Termini, but there was too much noise all night, with many homeless people around the hotel. The rooms are small, and sometimes we only had cold water. I wouldn't recommend it.
