The location made getting around easy: the Metro is a five-minute walk, with bakeries, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a supermarket close by. The place itself feels private, with just four rooms, a shared kitchen and dining area, and code access. Read the check-in email carefully, since a website link is needed to open the street entrance the first time; after that, there’s a physical key in the room. Our room was spacious and very clean, with daily tidying, fresh towels, and impressively white linens. Still and sparkling water, tea, coffee, and biscuits were kept stocked. The air conditioning worked for both heating and cooling, and an electronic shutter helped with privacy and morning sunlight. We were lucky to have one of the two rooms with balcony access. Lilla Eco House looks good in the photos, and even better in person. The modern, simple decor and bright shared spaces are well kept, and the value is hard to beat. The one staff member we met was friendly, and management replied quickly on WhatsApp. There’s a €10-per-night, per-room city tax, payable in cash or through their card link. The shared entrance also always smelled fresh. The shower only got warm, which may fit the eco-friendly approach, and the apartment building’s main entrance looks dated compared with the hotel inside. Still, everything felt new or well maintained. Clean, comfortable, and an easy five stars for me.

After a full day of sightseeing, this was a comfortable place to come back to. It’s modern and clean, close to the centre, and we felt safe and relaxed there.

I really liked not needing a key, since the door uses a PIN. Each area is designed to feel warm and comfortable, and they even let me leave my luggage after checkout. Highly recommend it.

Natalia was welcoming and kind from the moment we arrived, which made everything feel easy. The house was spotless and clearly cared for. My mom and I spent two nights here and felt right at home. We had restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets nearby, and the location worked perfectly for us, around five minutes from Cipro metro and 20 minutes from the Vatican. We had a lovely stay and would give it a well-earned 10+.
