Lorenz Suites

Andreas and Francesca made us feel like family and were always available. The location was phenomenal: we could walk to lots of beautiful architectural sites and great restaurants. The rooms and linens were clean, and we thought the property was very good value. The shared kitchen was a nice feature too. Grazie!

We found the Lorenz Suites to be excellent value for our vacation, and would definitely recommend it. Andrea and Francessca were warm and welcoming, and helped us figure out the neighborhood and bus routes. Our room was spotless and spacious, with a very comfortable king bed. The location suited us perfectly for our three-night stay in mid-December 2024. It wasn’t in a tourist area, but was close to the Vatican, the Coliseum, and other sights. The public bus stop is just around the corner, and rides are free. Plenty of restaurants, markets, and shops were within walking distance. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood both day and night.

Francesca was such a thoughtful host during our lovely four-day stay. Breakfast was available all day, which was great for me since I don’t eat first thing in the morning. The place is close to Trastevere but away from the busiest, noisiest crowds. I felt very safe walking around alone as a woman traveler. I’ll be back!

The property was spotless, quiet, and very nice. Andrea and Francisca were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to help us get around and meet our needs. Andrea even offered to take my son’s luggage to his apartment while he was studying abroad, and wouldn’t accept payment. I enjoyed every moment.
