You can look out over Rome from the apartment’s magnificent rooftop terrace. It’s clean, tastefully decorated, and perfectly located. The rental manager was attentive and very helpful. Nothing to complain about, it was ideal for our stay.

The apartment looked lovely, but we were very disappointed. The front door was hard to open and close, took several steps to manage, and didn’t feel very secure. We also had ongoing trouble with the water heater, and had to cut several showers short when the hot water stopped working. The managers suggested we climb onto the kitchen sink to reach the heater and fix it ourselves, which seemed quite dangerous. They later offered a free stay at another property as a goodwill gesture, but after several attempts to arrange it, we never got a reply.
