We liked having a friendly host who shared useful ideas for sights and places to eat. The apartment has two bedrooms, feels cozy, and had what we needed for our two families. Some furniture could use replacing and not everything is new, but for the price and location it was fine for Rome. The metro is right there, and the Vatican and its museum are about a ten-minute walk away. Rome itself was wonderful to visit, with so much history. I also found it interesting that events connected to the city are mentioned in Scripture, which supports the biblical narrative from a historical perspective.

The location was excellent, but that's the only reason this gets a star. The apartment was dirty, the bathroom was awful, and loose door frames had nails sticking out. For what I paid, I expected better. One of the worst places I've stayed, and I absolutely wouldn't recommend it.

We had very little to complain about. The apartment was spacious and reasonably well kept, and the location was super convenient. The only issue was that the windows didn't shut properly.

The host was very attentive, and the apartment itself was good and basic. It's in a very good location with convenient transport connections.
