The place is spotless, well equipped, and in a really convenient spot close to everything. We also felt very welcome. The staff took time to explain things clearly and adjusted their explanations for people who don't speak Italian. They made our stay wonderful, and I highly recommend it.

We found the apartment very clean and well cared for. It had everything we needed, including a washer, dishwasher, AC, towels, hairdryer, iron, a fully equipped kitchen, and a roomy sofa bed where my two adult children slept comfortably. The building itself is quite old, but the apartment has been renovated. The location was quiet and handy, near the Colosseum and Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, and about a 15-minute walk from Termini. There's a bus stop practically outside. No one was at reception, but that wasn't really a problem. We reached them on WhatsApp and got such detailed directions that everything was easy. They were very attentive. Cafeteria La Spagnola and pizzeria El Focaccio, or something like that, are close and were recommended for breakfast or a snack, though there are plenty of other choices around.
