Communication was flawless and everything was great. The accommodation sits centrally, near several famous sights and not too far from the Vatican, with cafes an easy walk away for morning coffee. There are stairs, which could be a bit awkward for older people, but that was only a minor drawback. Highly recommended.

The apartment and its location were good, but the welcome and help were poor. Our host, Flaminia, was unfriendly and didn't speak Spanish or offer any information about the city. The only person we met was a building cleaner, and he had to arrange the taxi we needed to leave. We didn't find them helpful to tourists. We were also charged €50 for cleaning, unlike at our other accommodations. If you're after helpful service and tips for exploring, this isn't the place.

On December 16th, while we were out on a tour, the owner messaged that a WiFi technician would come between 11:00 and 13:00. We said that wouldn't work because we were away. He replied that he had the key and would come in himself. We told him not to enter, but he came in anyway.
