The location was very nice, and the place was very clean. Staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. One thing to know: family rooms are on the 4th floor and there’s no elevator. If you have a lot of big suitcases, ask whether there are rooms available on a lower floor.

I’ve been to Rome many times, this time with a group of friends, and the place was amazing. The rooms were spacious, had all the comforts, and were VERY CLEAN. We felt at home, and the location was perfect. This will be my first choice in Rome from now on.

The room was clean and the location convenient, and the host was polite and helpful. There’s no lift, though, and the bathroom taps were quite hard to push. It was an okay place for a short stay.

For the price, this place was amazing. It took about 15 minutes to walk from the train station and under 10 minutes to reach the Colosseum. Our room was clean and nicely updated, and the hosts made check-in and checkout easy. Depending on which room you get, there may be stairs to climb, which is pretty common in Rome. I’d highly recommend it!

I’m still staying at this guesthouse and have nothing but praise for it. Federica is wonderful, communicates well, and is keen to help her guests. The rooms are spacious, modern, very clean, and equipped with everything you need. They’re cleaned daily, and the guesthouse is close to most of Rome’s attractions. I’ll definitely come back.
