The room was a nice size and had a balcony. It was clean, near a bus stop, and the espresso machine was great.

We had a lovely stay in Rome. The rooms were quiet, clean, and nice, and the place is central, about 20 minutes from the Vatican Museum and close to all the good restaurants. Thank you, Agnese! Oana and Raluca

We spent one night here in July for a concert and had a very good experience. Agnese was a charming, kind, and helpful host. The clean, comfortable rooms had air conditioning and spotless private bathrooms, plus lovely soft towels. There was tea in the room and a handy shared kitchenette with a fridge. It's a good location, not far from the Vatican and San Pietro if you're up for a bit of walking. I'd come back. Grazie mille Agnese!

We stayed two nights, and the B&B was lovely and, above all, clean. The owner offered us coffee when we arrived and was happy to help. The service was excellent, especially the advice on getting around Rome. Thanks so much, Agnese.

We were a group of six adult couples and had a wonderful stay in every way. Agnese was genuinely welcoming and helpful throughout, from the booking process to our time there. Highly recommended!
