Photos show a 1BR suite. Everything in the hotel is beautiful, and the service is awesome, especially in the restaurant. Breakfast is excellent and made to order. It's a busy area, but a great location for walking to all the sights. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and I'd recommend it to anyone coming to Rome for sightseeing.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quiet, with excellent blackout curtains that helped us adjust to the time difference. The bathroom felt luxurious too. We were also just a 5-10 minute walk from Rome’s main sights and great restaurants, and the hotel bar made excellent drinks. We found Maalot Roma through the Michelin guide after getting overwhelmed by all the choices. From booking onward, the staff were kind and went out of their way to handle our requests. The concierge arranged airport transport, tours, and restaurant reservations, and breakfast was top notch. The hotel is upscale, but the people made the stay. I can’t wait to return.

We stayed in a Junior Suite with the family for four nights over Christmas. The team greeted us by name whenever we came or went, and everyone was amazing. We loved the restaurant too. It’s on the expensive side, but the food was delicious and felt truly high end. The Trevi Fountain is only steps away, which is fantastic. The tradeoff is how busy the street gets. Outside can feel like a zoo. Still, we had a wonderful stay and will book here again next time.

Maalot was a lovely, quiet break from the bustle, right among Rome’s main sights. There are plenty of other uber luxe places nearby, but this boutique hotel gave us a 5 star experience at a much more approachable rate. The breakfast was gorgeous, too. I’m a California based travel advisor living in Spain. Ivan greeted us by name and, right when we arrived, managed to get us a last minute table at a gorgeous, unassuming local spot just around the corner.

We ate at the hotel and the Michelin style food was incredible. The octopus and turbot stood out, even after many meals at top restaurants, and we got to meet the main man too. Breakfast was special as well. Dominico is an amazing Head Chef, and the team, Edwin, Giovani 1&2, Olivia, and Dominico, made it a memorable stay. The room had a great bathroom and dressing area. This was a real find for our four nights in Rome, with a perfect central location and a very friendly team. Thank you, Team Hotel Maalot.
