Customer service and the accommodation left us very disappointed. The suites were five apartments on the second floor of a building with many private apartments. Anna helped with our bags when we arrived and brought them to the room, but we didn't see her again during our two days there. No one was at reception to show us how the AC or lights worked, help with directions, or answer questions. The coffee room existed, but it was always locked. When we left for the airport at 7:30am, there was nobody at the front to give us a receipt for our payment. This doesn't feel like a four-star accommodation.

After we'd come a long way, Ana had left us a note and some chocolates. She was kind, helpful and available whenever we had a question. Highly recommended!

Anna was so responsive and welcoming, and her attention to detail helped make the stay memorable. Magenta Collection is near Piazza Navona, and we loved the spacious layout and minimalist decor in the beautifully renovated property. It felt modern but comfortable. The location made it easy to explore many of Rome's interesting sites on foot, and it was easy to get transport by car too. We'd happily return and recommend it to friends visiting Rome.

Bed bugs!!!!! After just one night we had red marks all over our bodies. Under the mattress cover, there were lots of brown bug droppings or eggs on the mattress. It was also not clean, and the support was horrible. They wouldn't refund the remaining two nights. He asked me to go to the hospital and get a certificate! I'll be seeking a refund through bunking or my credit card!!! I don't advise anyone to stay here!!!!

The staff member was the sweetest and kindest, and always ready to answer all my questions right away. The room was the most beautiful and cleanest I've ever stayed in in Rome.
