Magik Rooms

We spent a week here and barely needed public transport. The Vatican, other major sights, and authentic local restaurants were all within walking distance. Even with the central location, the accommodation was quiet, and we slept well. The host was very friendly and attentive. Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels whenever we needed them. There was also a fully equipped kitchen outside the room, with tea and fresh coffee available at no extra cost.

I felt safe here as a woman traveling alone, and it felt more like staying with friends than at a hotel. The room was comfortable, with its own bathroom, in a nice house. The owner was kind and helpful, and let me leave my luggage there before check-in and after check-out.

The room was great and the people were very nice, but the included breakfast at Bakery M was disappointing. The food was good, and the man working there was friendly. The women weren't. We were supposed to get the hotel's menu card, but they gave us the wrong one and didn't want to hand over the right menus.

The host was so kind and did everything for guests, and Viola was lovely about keeping the rooms tidy. The rooms were stylish, spotless, cozy, and comfortable, with very good beds. It's a good neighborhood with great restaurants, and the location is amazing, close to the river, metro, and buses. The best choice for staying in Rome.
