Magnolia St.Peter's Suites

The guesthouse's main drawback was the noise. It's a large apartment divided into three rooms with a shared kitchen and dining area, and the walls are so thin that we could hear the next room and people coming and going. Fabio was very welcoming and helpful, the room was great, and getting around was easy with regular buses and metro services nearby. Great value for Rome.

The rooms were roomy and very clean, and breakfast was good. We got a warm welcome and the service was impeccable. A great place to stay. Thanks again for everything, we'd definitely recommend it!

We were assigned a bright, very spacious room with everything needed to feel at home right away. Both the room and the B&B's shared spaces were impeccably clean. Each day we returned to a made bed, a tidy bathroom, and fresh towels. That kind of daily care isn't something you can take for granted at a B&B, and it really made a difference. The host was welcoming, attentive, and helpful without being intrusive. You could tell they wanted guests to have a peaceful stay and had thought through the details. A genuinely pleasant experience. I'd highly recommend this B&B for its comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality.

We felt at home right away thanks to Fábio and Francesca. They were both so kind and explained everything about the accommodation. It was really well equipped, with coffee, tea, plenty of cold water, a microwave, and a toaster. Breakfast was included at the restaurant next door, too. There's a passageway and a bus stop right out front, which made getting around easy. We reached Rome's main sights in under 10 minutes. I'd recommend staying here to other Brazilians for the convenience and the hosts' kindness. I'll come back someday! Grazzie mile
