The rooms are spacious and the staff are really friendly. Most sights, especially the colosseum, are within walking distance. Finding the place was a bit tricky the first time, but easy after that.

Good service at a fair price, and a nice location. Breakfast is brought to the room, and they provide a free map. The receptionist speaks good English. Wi-Fi is free, though getting a signal can be tricky sometimes.
Watch out, the hotel is closed but still accepting bookings! We booked through air bnb, our reservation was approved, and they took the money. A few days before we were due to arrive, I asked for directions and he replied that the booking was cancelled. If I hadn't messaged, we would've ended up on the street since our flight landed late at night. This happened at the beginning of September, and they're still taking bookings through tripadvisor...
Warm hospitality, clean rooms, and a spot right in central Rome make this small boutique hotel a great choice. It's been fully renovated and is ideally located in the heart of the capital.
I've never seen a worse hotel. It's meant to be a 3-star place, but felt more like a hostel with mixed rooms. The rooms didn't look like the photos, and they provided travel cots. We'd booked breakfast, but they wanted extra payment there, and even charged €2 for a towel. The staff were unfriendly and argumentative, and it felt like they were ripping us off at every turn. Never again. Minus 5 stars, embarrassing for Rome.
