Andrea was kind, helpful, and professional from the start, and made us feel welcome throughout. Communication was great and everything was well organized. We really enjoyed breakfast at the nearby cafe, a lovely way to start each day. Maison Ammiragli Vatican Rooms was a fantastic choice for our Rome trip. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well cared for, and the whole place felt peaceful and welcoming. Coffee and water were always available, which was a nice touch. It's very convenient for visiting the Vatican and getting around Rome. We'd gladly give this stay more than five stars. If you're after a clean, comfortable place in a good location with genuine hospitality, we highly recommend Maison Ammiragli Vatican Rooms. Thanks again, we hope to return soon!

Andrea, the host, was always welcoming, kind, and helpful. He made us feel at home, and the service was impeccable. Breakfast at a nearby café was delicious and a lovely start to the day. We stayed at Maison Ammiragli B&B – Vatican Room, just steps from the Vatican and well placed for exploring the city. The property was spotless, well maintained, and had useful touches like a coffee machine and water available anytime. Highly recommended for comfort, cleanliness, and sincere hospitality in central Rome. More than five stars from us. See you soon!!! 🔝

Andrea made us feel at home straight away. He was professional and kind, and gave us useful advice on places to see, where to eat, and how to get around. The little touches helped make the stay comfortable, including a coffee machine with pods and water always available. Breakfast at the nearby bar was excellent, with quality products and friendly service. Maison Ammiragli Vatican Rooms was a great choice. The property is cared for down to the details, very clean, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are modern, quiet, and welcoming. It's a strategic spot, just a few minutes from the Vatican and well served by public transport. A perfect stay, beyond what we expected. We'll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone wanting comfort and style while experiencing Rome!

Andrea was a kind, helpful host and always ready with tips for making the most of Rome. The room was elegant, spotless, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like coffee pods and water available. Everything felt orderly and welcoming. At the nearby café, breakfast was excellent, with fresh products and friendly staff. The location made it easy to get to the metro on foot, and our stay at Maison Ammiragli Vatican Rooms was really pleasant. Check-in was self-service and went smoothly because the landlord sent clear, detailed instructions. The host was quick to respond, friendly, and helpful. Our blue room had no natural light; that seems to apply only to that room, since the others appeared to have windows. Inside, it was clean, modern, well cared for, and thoughtfully detailed. We felt at home right away.
