The room had everything we needed, including a TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, and minibar fridge, and the accommodation was cozy, clean, and tidy. It’s an excellent location, just a five-minute walk from St. Peter's Square. We spent three nights there, and the owner provided a breakfast voucher for Cresci coffee shop. Thanks for the hospitality. We’ll definitely come back.

For a budget place, the price makes a four-star rating fair. It was really clean, and each day we got coffee and tea bags; there was a kettle in the room. The location is great, close to the places you’re probably planning to visit in Rome. The owner is a very nice guy, and I’d come back for a couple of nights. The problem is that the walls are paper thin and there are lots of flats around. We didn’t hear street noise because it’s calm here, but the first night our neighbors were noisy and I couldn’t sleep until 4am. If you’re a light sleeper and unlucky with your neighbors, it can be rough. Thankfully, I didn’t have any more noise problems after that first bad night, and I slept like a baby :-D

Breakfast, the spotless room, and the lovely host all made this a special stay. The B&B itself was beautiful, and the location was great. It ended up being one of my favorite parts of Rome! The staff and owners are a real credit to the place. 😊 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The one snag was that the WiFi didn't reach well in some parts of the room. Apart from that, the rooms, breakfast, and staff were all nice. It’s also well placed, close to both the Vatican and the train station. Very much recommended!
