I wouldn't recommend this place. They had an emergency and cancelled our room, calling only a few hours before we were due to arrive. We understand these things can happen, but they never followed up or tried to find us another place. They couldn't even recommend a different hotel. Awful service!!

We were happy with our stay. The room and bathroom were a little small, but clean. The location is good, close to the metro and within walking distance of the colisseum.

The location worked out really well: the Colosseo is within 15 minutes, Fontana di Trevi within 20, and Termini, the main train station, within 10. The area was calm, and this particular accommodation, they have others on nearby streets, felt private and quiet. The hosts were AMAZING. They helped us make the most of our time, including keeping our luggage before and after our stay. The room was thoughtfully set up, with a mini-fridge, hairdryer, and Smart TV. They even stopped by with pastries for breakfast. There's also a comfortable shared kitchen for tea or coffee, used by the other couple of rooms in the apartment.

A complete disaster. There was no hot water for showers, black mold on the walls, and the staff seemed to care only about collecting the city tax of €5 per person per day. They don't provide an invoice for it. They also turned off the heating overnight, so the room was freezing. On our last morning there was no electricity at all. The place was unhealthy, unacceptable, and incredibly poorly managed. Avoid it at all costs.
